I was finally able to see my doctor this morning (he was out of the office for 3 days) and we decided on a c-section date of July 6th. I will be 34.3 weeks on that date which is wonderful for triplets and hopefully they should only be in the NICU to feed and grow. Shoot that late they may all come home with me. I am so happy that I have something set in stone and it really makes the light brighter at the end of the tunnel. I have now been in the hospital for 13 days and I can't wait for the next 11 to fly by. Well then I'll have to stay for at least 3 days after my c-section, but I will be spending most of my time with the babies.
It is always possible that something may happen before then, but at least that's the longest I have to wait. They are rechecking my platelet levels today, since they have been on the low side and if they get to a certain point they will need to take the babies sooner.
Other than that I have been bored to death hanging out in the hospital. It's basically the same thing every day and is really getting old.
