31 weeks and back to the hospital

So today I went for my 31 week appointment and my blood pressure was horrible (167/93), I had some protein in my urine and I've been somewhat swollen, not horrible but more than usual. Of course after all that my doctor sent me up stairs to L & D for monitoring. So here I am in the hospital again. They are monitoring my blood pressure and I am doing a 24 hr urine. I would assume if the 24 hr urine comes back good he will let me go home tomorrow, but I'm not sure. He also gave me my first steriod shot today so that makes me think he thinks I'll be having these babies anytime now. He hasn't worried about that yet and never suggested steriods before. I'm ok with them coming now, I've made it a long way for a triplet pregnancy and feel really good about how well I've grown these babies. If I make it to next week I will have another growth scan. The babies have been gaining about a pound every three weeks so that would put them up to 4 lbs next week.

I took a belly pic at 30 weeks and 5 days and also measured my belly. Right now my belly is 57" around. Crazy
